  • Program Oversight: Provide guidance to BIs, review their progress reports, and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
  • Training: Mentor and train BIs to ensure accurate implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
  • Progress Analysis: Review and analyze data and reports submitted by BIs, modifying programs as needed based on evidence.
  • School Collaboration: Collaborate with school counselors or psychologists to align intervention strategies with what individuals experience in their school environment.
BENEFITS:
  • Private or Shared Office Space: Work from a comfortable, professional office at our West Broadway location in Vancouver, BC.

  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy competitive wages for consultation and program development, as well as reduced fee-splitting for assessments.
  • Marketing Support: Benefit from extensive marketing support, with digital campaigns to promote services.
  • Administrative Support: Focus on client care while RESET handles scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Adapt your schedule to meet your needs, with options to work remotely or on-site.
  • Employer-paid Training: Potential opportunities for training in specialized assessments, such as Autism Assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analysis, preferably in educational or clinical settings.
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
  • Experience working with OTs, SPs, and allied professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Ability to train and mentor Behavior Interventionists (BIs).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, educators, and therapists.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.
WHY WORK WITH US?
  • Be part of an innovative, growing organization that values your expertise.
  • Opportunity to shape and set up a new behavioral intervention program from the ground up.
  • Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Competitive consulting fees and potential for long-term engagement.
