We are redesigning our multi-disciplinary clinics to achieve new levels of organizational
effectiveness. As a leader in pediatric healthcare in Greater Vancouver area, we offer a dynamic
environment where Board-Certified Behavior Analysts/Behavior Consultants, Occupational
Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists collaborate to transform the lives of children and
families.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to take on a leadership role as
Assistant Director. This is an opportunity to step into a position that combines clinical expertise
with operational leadership—working alongside a passionate team of professionals dedicated to
excellence in pediatric therapy.

Job responsibilities:
As the Assistant Director, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team. Your
responsibilities will include:
 Directing the clinical operations and programs across multiple Symbiosis clinics.
 Leading teams to identify trends and develop innovative responses to service gaps.
 Representing Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy by engaging with external stakeholders and
referral sources.
 Enhancing staff performance by supporting clinical leads and ensuring high standards of
care and confidentiality.
 Maintaining a small clinical caseload while providing strategic oversight and managerial
guidance.

What we are looking for:
 A strong clinical background in pediatric therapy (Board Certified Behavior Analyst /
Behavior Consultant, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or in a
related healthcare field).
 Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a healthcare or private practice setting.
 Ability to balance clinical care with organizational leadership.
 Experience in developing strategic partnerships and team-based programs.
 A commitment to ethical practice, inclusion, and professional growth.
